Deposit and Final Payment

To reserve space on a Natural Habitat Adventures trip, a non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of booking. Final payment is required 90 to 120 days prior to departure.

Natural Habitat Adventures accepts all major credit cards.

The full balance of your trip will be automatically charged to your credit card 90 days prior to departure unless you return a booking form prior to the due date indicating you prefer to pay by personal check. The insurance premium will also be charged at this time unless a written decline of insurance is received.

Cancellation and Refunds

Penalties may apply if you cancel or change your reservation. Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid, and deposits are often non-refundable. We recommend purchasing insurance to protect against covered unexpected events.
